It didn\u2019t just show drop-offs. It revealed opportunity.\n          <br><br>\n          <strong>Step 3: Test, Tweak, Optimize<\/strong><br>\n          With insights in hand, we launched A\/B tests on subject lines, CTA placements, and landing page design. That meant the email was doing its job.
